Squid Toast, Gratinated
The perfect squid toast, gratinated recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 St Slices of toast
- 2 Protein
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 200 g Mayonnaise
- 1 St Lemon fresh
- Wild garlic butter or butter
- 400 g Squid fillet
- Parsley, salt, pepper, paprika
- 8 St Wild garlic leaves or parsley
preparation
- Remove any silver skin from the squid fillet and cut into small cubes
- Preheat the oven to 200 °
- Make egg whites
- Briefly toast the toast (toaster or oven)
- Beat the mayonnaise with the spices and lemon juice until smooth
preparation
- Butter the bread slices and top with wild garlic leaves; alternatively parsley
- Mix the squid cubes and the “pimped” mayonnaise, distribute on the bread slices and cover with the egg whites, sprinkle with grated cheese
- Put it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned
Serve
- Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve quickly
