Strawberry in Eggnog Mascapone Cream

- 500 g Fresh strawberry
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 0,5 Cup Advocaat
- 0,5 Cup Mint fresh
- Clean, wash, halve or quarter the strawberries.
- Stir the mascarpone with a fork and add the egg liqueur. Stir until smooth.
- Divide the strawberries into two bowls, remove two strawberries and fold the eggnog-mascarpone cream under the strawberries. Mix carefully. Place the removed strawberry with mint as a decoration.
