Ice Cream: Eggnog Parfait

The perfect ice cream: eggnog parfait recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Eggs separated
  • 2 times Vanilla sugar
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 400 ml Cream
  • 150 ml Advocaat
  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar – it should already have a firm consistency. Now slowly add the egg liqueur.
  2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the egg liqueur mass. Then put in a form lined with cling film and freeze.
