Ice Cream: Eggnog Parfait

- 5 Eggs separated
- 2 times Vanilla sugar
- 80 g Sugar
- 400 ml Cream
- 150 ml Advocaat
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar – it should already have a firm consistency. Now slowly add the egg liqueur.
- Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the egg liqueur mass. Then put in a form lined with cling film and freeze.
