Ingredients
 

  • 5 Eggs separated
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 400 ml Cream
  • 150 ml Advocaat

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg yolks with the sugar - it should already have a firm consistency. Now slowly add the egg liqueur.
  • Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the egg liqueur mass. Then put in a form lined with cling film and freeze.
