Spicy Plaice on Spinach
The perfect spicy plaice on spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Fresh spinach leaves
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 150 g Plaice fillet
- 150 g Oil
- Salt
- Steak pepper
- Harissa spice
- Wash the spinach well, remove the stems and pluck them roughly.
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces. Fry in a little oil.
- Season with salt and pepper, add the spinach and stir a little.
- Dust the plaice neatly on both sides with harissa and place on top of the spinach.
- Reduce the heat and let the fish steep with the lid closed.
