The perfect cooking: plaice in herb batter and spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Spinach:
- 3 El Flour
- 1 Egg
- 60 g Flour
- 50 ml White wine
- Chervil
- Parsely
- Thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 250 g Spinach leaves
- 100 Onion
- 2 toes Garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- Wash the plaice, season with salt and pepper and turn in flour. Mix the egg yolks with 60 g flour and the wine, season with salt and pepper, beat the egg white, add the herbs and finally fold in the egg white.
- Pull the plaice through the dough from both sides and fry in hot clarified butter.
Spinach:
- Dice the onions in a little butter until translucent, add the garlic and the spinach, cook everything well with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
