Spicy Spinach
The perfect spicy spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tsp Freshly grated ginger
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Rapeseed oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Free the spinach from the stalks, I always pluck them down from the underside of the leaf. Cut coarsely or pluck into small pieces.
- Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic, pull the ginger over the grater. Fry in a little rapeseed oil over medium heat.
- Add the spinach, let it collapse and season with salt and pepper.
