Spicy Spinach

The perfect spicy spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Fresh spinach
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp Freshly grated ginger
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Rapeseed oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. Free the spinach from the stalks, I always pluck them down from the underside of the leaf. Cut coarsely or pluck into small pieces.
  2. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic, pull the ginger over the grater. Fry in a little rapeseed oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the spinach, let it collapse and season with salt and pepper.
