Spicy Plaice on Spinach

The perfect spicy plaice on spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 150 g Plaice fillet
  • 150 g Oil
  • Salt
  • Steak pepper
  • Harissa spice
  1. Wash the spinach well, remove the stems and pluck them roughly.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces. Fry in a little oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, add the spinach and stir a little.
  4. Dust the plaice neatly on both sides with harissa and place on top of the spinach.
  5. Reduce the heat and let the fish steep with the lid closed.
