Toast: Councilor’s Toast
The perfect toast: councilor’s toast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Discs Toast
- 3 piece Herb sirloin *
- 3 Rods Asparagus green fresh
- 4 piece Mushroom brown and fresh
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Pepper and salt
- 20 g Gorgonzola
- Toast the bread and place in an ovenproof dish.
- Slice the loin and spread it on the toast.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into thick slices and the asparagus into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly fry the asparagus and mushrooms in it. Season with salt and pepper.
- Now distribute this mixture on the meat, put Gorgonzola flakes on top and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees lower / upper heat until the cheese has melted.
- Tip 5: In the 10 minutes of preparation time, the production of the herbal leafs is of course not taken into account. 😉
