Ingredients
 

  • 4 slices Toast
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 125 g Salami
  • 1 tbsp Anchovy paste
  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g Pizza cheese
  • Olives stuffed with peppers
  • 4 tbsp Chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Roast the toast in the toaster and let it cool down.
  • Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. The end pieces into small cubes. Dice the salami.
  • Mix the anchovy paste and the oil and brush the toast with it. Cover with tomato slices.
