Chicken Breast with Paprika / Leek Vegetables

The perfect chicken breast with paprika / leek vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 2 Red Pointed peppers
  • 2 small Onions
  • 2 Rods Leek
  • 100 g Peas frozen
  • 2 Rings jalapenos
  • Salt, pepper, basil, cumin, paprika hot
  • Oil
  1. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into strips. Cut the onions into cubes. Wash the leek and paprika, cut the leek into rings and the paprika into strips.
  1. Sauté the meat in a saucepan with a little oil, add onions, peppers, leeks and jalapenos to the meat. Simmer slowly for about 10 minutes, stir frequently.
  1. Add the peas and season with the spices. Let simmer slowly for another 5 minutes.
  1. Serves with rice or salad.
