Chicken Breast with Paprika / Leek Vegetables
The perfect chicken breast with paprika / leek vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Chicken breast
- 2 Red Pointed peppers
- 2 small Onions
- 2 Rods Leek
- 100 g Peas frozen
- 2 Rings jalapenos
- Salt, pepper, basil, cumin, paprika hot
- Oil
- Wash the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into strips. Cut the onions into cubes. Wash the leek and paprika, cut the leek into rings and the paprika into strips.
- Sauté the meat in a saucepan with a little oil, add onions, peppers, leeks and jalapenos to the meat. Simmer slowly for about 10 minutes, stir frequently.
- Add the peas and season with the spices. Let simmer slowly for another 5 minutes.
- Serves with rice or salad.
