Chocolate Bundt Cake

  • 200 g Whipped cream
  1. Mix the butter with icing sugar until frothy, slowly stir in one yolk after the other. Beat the egg whites with granulated sugar to a creamy snow, carefully fold into the butter and yolk mixture. Mix the flour with baking powder and cocoa and slowly stir in. Pour into a buttered, crumbled Gugelhupf tin and bake at 170 ° C for about 1 hour. Chopstick test, allow the Gugelhupf to cool and fall out of the tin.
