  1. Mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients (melt butter) and mix with a whisk to a smooth, supple dough. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  2. Grease the Gugelhupfform, powder with a little semolina or ground almonds and then pour in the batter. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 50 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
