- 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Pä Vanilla sugar
- 125 g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 50 g Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients (melt butter) and mix with a whisk to a smooth, supple dough. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Grease the Gugelhupfform, powder with a little semolina or ground almonds and then pour in the batter. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 50 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
