Mini Chocolate Bundt Cake
The perfect mini chocolate bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tbsp, heaped Cocoa powder
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 125 g Soft butter or margarine
- 50 g Chopped dark chocolate
- For the all-in batter, mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter. Work into a dough first on the low, then on the highest level with the hand mixer for approx. 2 minutes. Finally stir in the chopped dark chocolate.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (or 160 degrees convection) on the middle rack for about 50 minutes.
- After baking, let the cake cool in the tin for about 15 minutes. Fall out of the mold and let it cool down. Dust with powdered sugar or cover with a chocolate couverture as desired.
