Vegetable Pan with Steak Cubes

The perfect vegetable pan with steak cubes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Marinated pork neck steak
  • Bacon
  • 1 Onion
  • Red, green peppers
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 Carrot
  • 8 Mushrooms
  • Pepper and salt
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  1. Clean the vegetables. Peel the zucchini and carrot. Slice the carrot, cut the zucchini into cubes. Cut the paprika into pieces and halve the mushrooms.

Pre-fry the vegetables

  1. Fry the zucchini pieces in the pan, remove them and fry the carrot slices, then remove the mushrooms and fry them in the pan.
  2. Cut the marinated pork steaks into large cubes. Roughly chop the onion and garlic.
  3. Fry the meat with onion and a little bacon in a wok pan. Add garlic and fry. Then add the zucchini and carrots, distribute in the pan (swirl the pan), the mushrooms and finally the peppers.
  4. Let everything simmer / fry for a few minutes and season with salt / pepper. Serve with Parmesan.
  5. While shopping, I discovered the marinated pork steaks that inspired me to create this “recipe”. The pork pancakes were marinated in paprika. You can do it. If you want, you can also add pasta or gnocchi.
