Meat and Vegetable Pot

The perfect meat and vegetable pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Carrots
  • 4 Red onions
  • 1 Paprika
  • 400 g Meat – anything you like
  • 1 tbsp Herbal mixture
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 200 ml Sour cream
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  1. Peel the carrots, peel the onions, wash and core the bell peppers. Cut everything into slices.
  2. Fry the onion rings in a pan with oil, remove them, then e.g. Fry the chicken breast strips for a few minutes. Steam the vegetables in a pan for about 10 minutes, add salt, pepper and the herb mixture. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, place the meat on top and spread the onions on top.
  3. Mix the cream, sour cream and cheese together, season with salt, pepper and pour over the onions.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection) and bake for about 20 minutes.
