Quick Tin Lemon Cake with Topping

The perfect quick tin lemon cake with topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the casting

  • 300 g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Pck Baking powder
  • 350 g Flour
  • 1 Pck Grated lemon
  • 450 g Powdered sugar
  • 5 Eßl Lemon juice
  1. Make a batter from the ingredients margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder, flour and grated lemon.
  1. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
