Ingredients
 

For the casting

  • 300 g Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Pck Baking powder
  • 350 g Flour
  • 1 Pck Grated lemon
  • 450 g Powdered sugar
  • 5 Eßl Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Make a batter from the ingredients margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder, flour and grated lemon.
  • Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Let it cool down briefly, brush with the lemon glaze.
  • Freshly whipped cream tastes good with it.
