Quick Tin Lemon Cake with Topping

For the casting
- 300 g Sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
- 1 Pck Baking powder
- 350 g Flour
- 1 Pck Grated lemon
- 450 g Powdered sugar
- 5 Eßl Lemon juice
- Make a batter from the ingredients margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, baking powder, flour and grated lemon.
- Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let it cool down briefly, brush with the lemon glaze.
- Freshly whipped cream tastes good with it.
