Meat and Vegetable Pot
The perfect meat and vegetable pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Carrots
- 4 Red onions
- 1 Paprika
- 400 g Meat – anything you like
- 1 tbsp Herbal mixture
- 250 ml Cream
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Peel the carrots, peel the onions, wash and core the bell peppers. Cut everything into slices.
- Fry the onion rings in a pan with oil, remove them, then e.g. Fry the chicken breast strips for a few minutes. Steam the vegetables in a pan for about 10 minutes, add salt, pepper and the herb mixture. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, place the meat on top and spread the onions on top.
- Mix the cream, sour cream and cheese together, season with salt, pepper and pour over the onions.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection) and bake for about 20 minutes.
