Halumi Skewers with Paprika Vegetables

- 250 gr Halumi cheese
- Chilli powder, salt, pepper, oil for frying
- 3 slices Raw ham of your choice
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Red pointed pepper
- 1 Red onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 3 el Chinachili sauce, sweet
- 1 tl Tomato paste
- 1 el Sour cream
- 3 el Canned tomatoes
- 1 tl Curry powder
- Salt, pepper to taste
- the pear was washed and cut into pieces of about the same size with a peel to skewer. The halumi was cut in the same way. I alternately put pear and cheese on skewers..then seasoned with chilli powder, pepper, salt. I put a little rapeseed oil in a pan, let it get hot and put the skewers browned in it … around the skewers I put the ham in the pan to leave it out and get crispy ..
- for the paprika vegetables i cleaned the pods and cut them into small pieces, as well as the red onion. I finely chopped the garlic marriage. In a second pan I left out some rapeseed oil and first fried the onion and the garlic .. then added then the paprika cubes .. after sautéing i added the tomato paste and continued to fry.as everything took on roasted aromas, came
