Chicken Legs on Paprika Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 3 Chicken legs
  • Salt, pepper paprika
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 2 Yellow peppers
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli salt
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp Ajvar

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken drumsticks, dry them and rub them with salt, pepper and paprika powder, fry them in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 45-50 minutes
  • In the meantime, peel the onion and cut into rings. Quarter, peel and core the paprika, then cut into large cubes.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onion and paprika and fry, then stir in the ajvar and let it simmer for about 8 minutes.
  • Season the vegetables with the broth and spices to taste. Possibly add a little water and cook the whole thing al dente.
  • Place the bell peppers on preheated plates, place the chicken drumsticks on top and serve
