Ingredients
- 3 Chicken legs
- Salt, pepper paprika
- 1 Onion
- 2 Red peppers
- 2 Yellow peppers
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Chilli salt
- 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Ajvar
Instructions
- Wash the chicken drumsticks, dry them and rub them with salt, pepper and paprika powder, fry them in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 45-50 minutes
- In the meantime, peel the onion and cut into rings. Quarter, peel and core the paprika, then cut into large cubes.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onion and paprika and fry, then stir in the ajvar and let it simmer for about 8 minutes.
- Season the vegetables with the broth and spices to taste. Possibly add a little water and cook the whole thing al dente.
- Place the bell peppers on preheated plates, place the chicken drumsticks on top and serve
