Spanish Style Sausages with Chili Cream

- 2 Pc. Sausages, coarse
- 0,25 Peppers yellow
- 0,25 Green peppers
- 0,25 Red peppers
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 2 Pc. Spring onions
- 250 ml White wine
- 2 Tl Olive oil
- 2 Branches Fresh thyme
- 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tbsp Chili paste
- Pierce the sausages all around. Wash, core and cut the peppers into 3cm pieces. Peel the garlic and onions and cut into 3cm pieces. Bring the wine to the boil with 250ml of water. Add the sausages, garlic cloves, onions and pepper pieces and let stand for 5 minutes. Take everything out of the pot and drain. Cut the sausages into 3-4 cm pieces and garlic cloves on wooden skewers. Brush with oil. Grill on the grill in the oven for about 10 minutes until crispy. For the chili cream: Mix the creme fraiche with the chili paste, serve with the skewers and garnish with the thyme.
