Ingredients

  • 280 g Flour
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Grated orange peel
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 g Butter
  • 1 Egg

filling

  • 175 g Butter
  • 175 g Brown sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 175 g Almonds
  • 2 tsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Grated orange peel
  • 3 drops Almond flavor
  • 1 packet Vanilla icecream

Instructions

  • First, knead all the ingredients for the dough and put in the fridge for half an hour.
  • Then sprinkle a suitable surface with flour and roll out the dough into a round surface. Note the size of the springform pan. Now put the dough in the greased form and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.

filling

  • Mix the appropriate ingredients for the filling and pour into the baked pastry pan and straighten.
  • Bake the cake again for 30 minutes at 180 ° C until the cake is golden brown. Let cool down a bit and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream each.
