Parsley Root – Carrot – Salad
The perfect parsley root – carrot – salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Parsley root
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Tangerine
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar pink
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin seed oil
- Steak pepper
- Salt
- Peel the parsley root, carrots and shallot, squeeze the tangerine.
- Pull the carrots and parsley root over the grater.
- Chop the shallot.
- Put everything in a bowl, add vinegar and oil and season well with steak pepper and a little salt.
- Tastes immediately, but can also be steeped in the refrigerator.
