Parsley Root – Carrot – Salad

The perfect parsley root – carrot – salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Parsley root
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Tangerine
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar pink
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seed oil
  • Steak pepper
  • Salt
  1. Peel the parsley root, carrots and shallot, squeeze the tangerine.
  2. Pull the carrots and parsley root over the grater.
  3. Chop the shallot.
  4. Put everything in a bowl, add vinegar and oil and season well with steak pepper and a little salt.
  5. Tastes immediately, but can also be steeped in the refrigerator.
