Pan-fried Vegetables with Sucuk
The perfect pan-fried vegetables with sucuk recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 Size Onion
- 1 Zucchini
- Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 50 g Ham cubes
- 2 Chili peppers
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 ring Sucuk – Turkish. sausage
- 4 slices Raclette cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Oil
- Peel the potatoes. dice and fry in the oil in a large pan.
- Peel and dice the onion and add to the potatoes with the diced ham.
- Clean the peppers and zucchini, dice and add to the potatoes, cut the chilli peppers very finely, cut the spring onions into rings and add to the pan, season everything with salt, pepper, paprika powder, oregano and thyme and simmer over medium heat.
- Now cut the tomatoes and sucuk into cubes, mix everything well with the remaining vegetables, cover with the cheese, close the pan with a lid, let the cheese melt over low heat and serve.
