Bacon Pancakes from Tray

- 3 Eggs
- 500 ml Milk
- 300 g Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150 g Bacon
- 1 Big onion
- Beat the eggs. Milk and water with it. Put the flour and salt in a bowl, slowly stir in the liquid and let it soak for 2 hours. Grease the rim of the baking pan, pour in the batter, sprinkle with bacon and finely chopped onions. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
