Bacon Pancakes from Tray

The perfect bacon pancakes from tray recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Eggs
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 300 g Flour
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 150 g Bacon
  • 1 Big onion
  1. Beat the eggs. Milk and water with it. Put the flour and salt in a bowl, slowly stir in the liquid and let it soak for 2 hours. Grease the rim of the baking pan, pour in the batter, sprinkle with bacon and finely chopped onions. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
