Bacon Pancakes and Kaiserschmarren with Apple Compote
The perfect bacon pancakes and kaiserschmarren with apple compote recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 piece Eggs
- Flour to taste
- Milk to your taste
- 1 packet Bacon slices
- 1 glass Applesauce
- 2 teaspoon Powdered sugar
- Bake a thick pancake for the Kaiserschmarren. (see my KB semolina dumplings and pancake soup)
- Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with applesauce.
- Usually you add raisins, but my husband doesn’t like them.
- For the bacon pancake, simply place pancake batter in the pan, place bacon strips on top, and finish baking the pancake on both sides.
- Everything simple but very tasty.
