Celery – Bean – Salad
The perfect celery – bean – salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 medium-sized Celery bulb
- 1 piece Diced onion
- 50 g Fresh or frozen princess beans
- 3 tablespoon Salad oil
- 3 tablespoon Herb vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Herbal mixture TK
- Salt
- Ground pepper white
preparation
- Cook the celery in salted water and then let it cool down.
- Cook the green beans until they are firm to the bite and then let them cool down.
The dressing
- Make a dressing from oil, vinegar, frozen herbs, onion, salt and pepper.
- Peel the celery and cut into sticks. Halve the beans.
- Carefully mix all components together.
- Let rest for 1 hours and season again if necessary.
