Celery – Bean – Salad

The perfect celery – bean – salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 medium-sized Celery bulb
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 50 g Fresh or frozen princess beans
  • 3 tablespoon Salad oil
  • 3 tablespoon Herb vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Herbal mixture TK
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper white

preparation

  1. Cook the celery in salted water and then let it cool down.
  2. Cook the green beans until they are firm to the bite and then let them cool down.

The dressing

  1. Make a dressing from oil, vinegar, frozen herbs, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the celery and cut into sticks. Halve the beans.
  3. Carefully mix all components together.
  4. Let rest for 1 hours and season again if necessary.
  5. Done, bon appetit
