  • 300 Size Sugar
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Vials Bitter almond flavor
  • 5 Free range eggs
  • 200 Size Raw marzipan paste – finely chopped-
  • 400 Size Cornmeal
  • 100 Size Corn starch
  • 200 Size Nougat mass – finely chopped-
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • Some Milk
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  1. Make a creamy pre-dough from the first 6 ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. A sip of milk too. The result should be a tough, falling dough.
  3. Grease a 28 mm springform pan and pour in the batter. Wrap with aluminum foil and bake at 200 ° C for about 60 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake / brown for another 10 minutes.
