Salmon with Horseradish and Herbs
The perfect salmon with horseradish and herbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Salmon fillet
- 250 g Date cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- Salt pepper
- 1 Lime
- 3 tbsp Cream – horseradish
- 4 tbsp Dill or mixed herbs
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and puree with tomato paste, salt and pepper in a hand blender.
- Lightly salt the salmon fillet, drizzle with the juice of a lime and brush with the creamy horseradish.
- Sprinkle with 4 tbsp dill and the grated lime zest.
- Place the pureed tomatoes on aluminum foil or baking paper, place the fillet on top and push the sides up a little.
- Cook the packet in a preheated oven at 200 ° for approx. 15-20 minutes.
- Take the packet out of the oven and arrange in portions on plates.
