Salmon with Horseradish and Herbs

The perfect salmon with horseradish and herbs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Salmon fillet
  • 250 g Date cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 tbsp Cream – horseradish
  • 4 tbsp Dill or mixed herbs
  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and puree with tomato paste, salt and pepper in a hand blender.
  2. Lightly salt the salmon fillet, drizzle with the juice of a lime and brush with the creamy horseradish.
  3. Sprinkle with 4 tbsp dill and the grated lime zest.
  4. Place the pureed tomatoes on aluminum foil or baking paper, place the fillet on top and push the sides up a little.
  5. Cook the packet in a preheated oven at 200 ° for approx. 15-20 minutes.
  6. Take the packet out of the oven and arrange in portions on plates.
  7. We had rosemary potatoes with it.
