Ginger – Chocolate – Pancakes

The perfect ginger – chocolate – pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Flour
  • 250 Milliliters Milk
  • 2 Free range eggs
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon Ginger syrup
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar brown
  1. Make a dough out of all the ingredients and bake into pancakes in a non-stick pan with a little fat.
  2. Make about 1.5 ladles of batter per pancake.
  3. There was also a fresh mango.
  4. I put another chopped chilli in the batter :))
