Soljanka with Hunting Sausage

  • 2 Green paprika
  • 500 g White cabbage
  • 4 Carrots
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 l Ready-Made meat broth
  • 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • Salt pepper
  • Light sauce thickener
  • 150 g Mustard pickle
  • 200 g Jagdwurst
  1. Clean and rinse the peppers, cut the cabbage into strips and rinse. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and dice the carrots. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions and vegetables. Scatter paprika powder over it and sauté briefly. Pour in the broth. Add tomato ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Scatter sauce thickener and let everything simmer for 1 minute while stirring. Finely chop the mustard cucumber. Cut the hunting sausage into strips.
