Pasta with Hunting Sausage and Tomato Sauce
The perfect pasta with hunting sausage and tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Spiral pasta
- 500 g Jagdwurst
- 500 g Sieved tomatos
- 0,25 Clove of garlic
- 1 Onion
- 125 g Bacon cubes
- 1 El Broth
- Salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary
- Cheese for sprinkling
- Oil for frying
- Finely chop the garlic, finely chop the onion and the hunted sausage into slightly larger cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the diced sausage. The bacon cubes, the onion and the finely chopped garlic join in and are fried with it.
- Deglaze with the tomatoes, add the stock and season. Let simmer while the noodles are prepared in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
