Ingredients
- 440 g Shrimp frozen
- 142 g Squid rings, fresh
- 150 g Herb butter
- 1 tsp Black sesame
- 1 Tagliatelle FT bag
- Salt pepper
- 5 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Unfortunately I only got squid tubes, so cutting it yourself was the order of the day. I thawed the prawn kebabs in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the skewer and pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Prepare the tagliatelle, this can be done quickly for approx. 4 minutes. Heat the herb butter and a tablespoon of neutral oil and fry the shrimp and squid rings for approx. 3 minutes. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with black sesame seeds and add the garlic
- Serve with the tagliatelle. Pure enjoyment. Promised
- P.S. you can of course also use less garlic. At at it was like the southerner, grin
