Poultry Legs with Spice Wedges

The perfect poultry legs with spice wedges recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Marinated poultry legs
  • 250 gr Waxy potatoes
  • Spices
  • 1 Onion
  1. Place the poultry legs on one side of the grill tray / gratin dish. Put the potato with the peel into wedges in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon curry, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a little pepper to the potatoes and mix everything together well. Cut the onions into strips and spread them over the potatoes. Place the potato wedges on the other half grill tray / gratin dish next to the legs. Grill for about 40 minutes on medium-strength embers or at 200 °. Turn the legs halfway through the cooking time.
