Chili Elderberry Jelly

- 700 ml Elderberry juice
- 150 ml Amaretto
- 200 ml Red wine
- 5 Pc. Thai chili
- 1 kg Preserving sugar 1: 1
- 0,5 tsp Cinammon
- 0,25 tsp Ground allspice
- Rinse the glasses with hot water and drain them upside down on a tea towel. Rinse the lid with cold water and also let it drain on a tea towel. Please boil used glasses and lids.
- Wash the Thai chilli and cut into fine rings. Put all ingredients in a tall saucepan and stir well. Place on the stove and bring to the boil, as soon as it boils, let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then quickly pour into the clean glasses and cover and let cool.
