Chili Elderberry Jelly

The perfect chili elderberry jelly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 ml Elderberry juice
  • 150 ml Amaretto
  • 200 ml Red wine
  • 5 Pc. Thai chili
  • 1 kg Preserving sugar 1: 1
  • 0,5 tsp Cinammon
  • 0,25 tsp Ground allspice
  1. Rinse the glasses with hot water and drain them upside down on a tea towel. Rinse the lid with cold water and also let it drain on a tea towel. Please boil used glasses and lids.
  1. Wash the Thai chilli and cut into fine rings. Put all ingredients in a tall saucepan and stir well. Place on the stove and bring to the boil, as soon as it boils, let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then quickly pour into the clean glasses and cover and let cool.
