Chicken Fillets in Cheese Sauce
The perfect chicken fillets in cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Chicken fillets
- 200 ml Riesling
- 100 g Goat cream cheese
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Chili powder
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Peel and chop the freshest possible garlic.
- Grind the cumin and rosemary in a mortar.
- Fry the garlic and chicken in oil. Sprinkle with the herbs.
- Crumble the cheese over it (of course you can also use normal cream cheese if you don’t like goat) and deglaze with white wine.
- Bring to the boil briefly, then let it steep.
- Season to taste with chilli, salt and pepper.
