Ice Cream Cone

The perfect ice cream cone recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 23 Croissant
  • 23 Meringue
  • 300 g Powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp Water or
  • Lemon juice
  • Gummy candies
  • Colorful sprinkles
  1. 1) First mix the glue made from powdered sugar and the liquid. It must not be too liquid, otherwise the mass will run down the croissant later!
  1. 2) Fill a croissant with gummy candies
  1. 3) Brush the edge and sides with the powdered sugar and carefully press the meringue firmly. Spread the “glue” between the meringue and the croissant.
  1. 4) Now turn the croissant in the sprinkles so that the powdered sugar is completely covered with sprinkles.
  1. 5) Place the croissants upright to dry. I cut holes in a cardboard box for this.
