Sweet and Salty Potato Omelette
The perfect sweet and salty potato omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Potatoes
- 2 piece Eggs
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce light [do not use a dark one!]
- 0,5 tbsp Sugar
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces + cook in oil and fry them. If necessary, season with herbs of your choice.
- Mix the eggs in a bowl with soy sauce + sugar.
- When the potatoes are done, pour the egg mixture over them and let them fry on a fairly high level. When the egg has set, fry the whole thing on the other side.
