Ice Cream Cone, Waffle Cone

  • 500 g Flour
  • 500 ml Water
  • 180 g Melted butter
  • 3 Baggage Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 2 tl Aniseed grains
  • 300 g Sugar
  1. Mix 1,500ml water with 300g sugar, then 500g flour, 180g melted butter, 3 sachets of vanilla sugar and 2 eggs. 1 vanilla pod, 1 pinch of salt
  2. Cinnamon (but I only make it in the Christmas season) and 2 teaspoons of aniseed grains. Let the dough soak for 1 night. One tablespoon of dough per croissant, otherwise they will be too thick.
