Ice Cream Cone
The perfect ice cream cone recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 23 Croissant
- 23 Meringue
- 300 g Powdered sugar
- 5 tbsp Water or
- Lemon juice
- Gummy candies
- Colorful sprinkles
- 1) First mix the glue made from powdered sugar and the liquid. It must not be too liquid, otherwise the mass will run down the croissant later!
- 2) Fill a croissant with gummy candies
- 3) Brush the edge and sides with the powdered sugar and carefully press the meringue firmly. Spread the “glue” between the meringue and the croissant.
- 4) Now turn the croissant in the sprinkles so that the powdered sugar is completely covered with sprinkles.
- 5) Place the croissants upright to dry. I cut holes in a cardboard box for this.
