Cream Cheese Dip with Vegetables

The perfect cream cheese dip with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 60 g Champions brown
  • 0,5 Small yellow pepper
  • 3 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 Hot peppers
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted corn
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Chop the peppers, champions and tomatoes. Fry in the pan and add to the cream cheese while warm.
  2. Cut the spring onion into rings and add to the cream cheese with the garlic and chopped pepper. Add the olive oil and paprika powder. Mix everything well.
  3. Add the chopped roasted corn and season with pepper.
