Cream Cheese Dip with Vegetables
The perfect cream cheese dip with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 60 g Champions brown
- 0,5 Small yellow pepper
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 1 Hot peppers
- 2 teaspoon Paprika powder
- 2 tablespoon Roasted corn
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper from the mill
- Chop the peppers, champions and tomatoes. Fry in the pan and add to the cream cheese while warm.
- Cut the spring onion into rings and add to the cream cheese with the garlic and chopped pepper. Add the olive oil and paprika powder. Mix everything well.
- Add the chopped roasted corn and season with pepper.
