Very Juicy Chocolate Pudding

- 60 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 30 g Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 100 g Soft butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- 50 g Walnuts, chopped
- 250 ml Mocha
- Powdered sugar
- Whipped cream
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into a bowl. Add cinnamon, butter, 90 g sugar and 1 egg and beat everything vigorously to form a tough dough. Put this in a flat baking dish greased with butter and sprinkle with the chopped nuts. Everything with 1pck. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Now stir the hot mocha with the rest of the sugar until it has dissolved. Pour the mocha over the pudding mixture. Now bake the pudding for about 35-45 minutes, until it is firm in the middle. Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream.
