Delicious Mince Soup

The perfect delicious mince soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 small Fresh onion
  • 2 Cans Canned whole tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 14 cups Water
  • 2 x Bay leaves
  • 4 x Beef bouillon
  • 2 Coffee spoon Basil
  • 2 x Celery
  • 3 x Diced carrots
  • 1 large cups Pearl barley
  • 1 x Clove of garlic
  • 1 pack Frozen mixed vegetables
  1. Fry the minced meat with the onions in a non-stick pan, add the cups of water (large cups, please). Quarter and add the whole tomatoes, chop the clove of garlic and add it as well. Mix the bay leaves, beef broth, basil, finely chopped celery (please only use the stalks), carrots, salt and pepper and tomato paste with everything, then add the pearl barley. Let it simmer for 1 hour. Finally, add the frozen vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes. Season again .. ready !! Garlic bread goes well with it. Good hunger 🙂
