Quark Cake La Grandma

- For the filling :::
- 125 g Sugar fine
- 1 Cup Oil
- 3 St. Eggs
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Cup a 500 gr Quark
- 0,5 liter Milk
- For the dough::
- 70 g Magarine
- 70 g Sugar
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 150 g Flour
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
- 1 Sip Milk
- Dough: mix margarine, sugar, egg, flour, baking powder and the sip of milk into the dough and put in a springform pan … make sure that the edge is really tight 😉 … you can see why … 🙂 Then to the top list of ingredients for the filling: stir the sugar with the eggs until foamy, then stir in the vanilla sugar, quark and the milk … add the oil and finally stir in the pudding powder … ) slowly pour into the springform pan :::::: so the edge must be tight 😉 bake at 170 degrees for about 60 minutes
