  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 500 g Mascarpone

  • 10 g Stevia or
  • 100 g Sugar

  2. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Fill the dough into a springform pan (28cm) and bake in the oven for about 75 minutes. Leave to cool in the half-open oven for half an hour and only then remove completely to cool.
  3. I used to bake this recipe with sugar. Stevia was an experiment that didn’t go over well with my family. So next time I will bake this delicious cake with 100 g of sugar.
